In 1985 the MP4/2B debuted, equipped with a TAG Porsche engine, supercharged by two compressors, capable of reaching 850 HP and the adoption of less showy aerodynamic solutions than the previous cars and in line with what the new regulations required. The confirmation of the effectiveness of the project was sealed by the victory of the constructors' world championship and the drivers' world championship thanks also to the extraordinary talent of Alain Prost. In 1986 the project was further improved with the MP4/2C version and Alain Prost confirmed himself as world champion also in the new season, he was joined by another great talent of Formula 1, the Finnish Keke Rosberg. Surely the McLaren MP4/2 has conquered a place of honor in the hearts of Formula 1 enthusiasts and fans by winning three drivers' world championships and two constructors' world championships. The sports version of the road-going Lancia Delta - the "HF" 4WD - is an icon of rally cars. The Delta HF was produced in the second half of the 1980s and participated in the World Rally Championship from 1987 to 1988, winning two world titles and finishing first in numerous races such as the prestigious Monte Carlo Rally and the Sanremo Rally. Its development, the Lancia Delta Integrale, competed until 1993, winning five more world titles and consolidating the Italian company's record in off-road competition.
