The online customer who acts as a consumer is given the right to withdraw from the contract, as provided for in Articles 64-67 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, known as the Consumer Code.

It should be noted that this right is reserved only to natural persons, i.e. private consumers acting for purposes outside their profession. There is no right of withdrawal for legal and natural persons acting, with reference to the purchase contract, in a professional context.

Pursuant to and within the limits of Article 64 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right, within 14 calendar days of receiving the products purchased, to exercise the right of withdrawal. This consists of the possibility of returning the products received and obtaining a refund for the price paid, without penalty and without specifying any reason.

This right applies to all products purchased online on this site, with the exclusion of audiovisual or computer software products delivered sealed and subsequently opened by the customer.

The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires completely if the returned product is not intact, due to the absence, for example, of integral product elements (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.) or because the product has suffered damage for reasons other than transport from the Seller to the consumer, which has not previously been reported.

Without limiting the right of withdrawal, upon delivery of the product, the consumer with reason to believe that the product has been damaged during transport must refuse delivery or accept it with explicit reservation.

Any collection of intact packages must be made by the customer by affixing the words "INTACT PACKAGE, COLLECTION WITH RIGHT TO SCRUTINY" on the accompanying document (Article 1698 Civil Code). Any anomaly must then be reported within eight days as follows:

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send, within 14 calendar days after receiving the purchased product, a notice clearly stating the intention to withdraw from the purchase contract.

This notice should be sent by registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

The consumer must then provide, using a courier of its choice, for the shipment of the product (where possible in the original packaging and always carefully packed), complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally contained.

The consumer must make such a shipment within ten working days from the date on which the notice to exercise the right of withdrawal was sent.

Transport costs and responsibility for the goods during shipment, as required by law, are borne by the consumer.

It is therefore advisable to insure the product with a courier of your choice, taking care to carefully pack the goods, where possible inserting the original packaging in an external box and avoiding damaging the product with adhesive tapes, labels, etc. The product must be returned intact and complete with all its parts and accessories, including any warranties, instructions, operating licences, cables, etc. In case of transport damage that occurs during return, the Seller will notify the consumer of such damage within five working days after receiving the product, enabling the consumer to make a complaint to the courier used for transport. Damaged goods will be made available for return and the request for withdrawal will be cancelled at the same time.

Except as provided for below in the event of partial withdrawal, the seller will reimburse, within 14 days from the time the seller became aware of the right of withdrawal being exercised, the full amount of the purchase as well as the transport costs for the delivery, by means of a cancellation procedure to the credit card or by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the consumer; the latter will be responsible for the transport costs to return the product.

If the withdrawal is partial (i.e. concerning merely a part of the products delivered in a single delivery), the refund of shipping costs incurred by the consumer for the delivery of the products at the time of purchase is excluded.

With regard to purchases with withdrawal from a seller's point of sale, the right of withdrawal does not apply as it is not remote selling. In fact, in that case, the consumer has only booked the product via the Internet, but has not yet purchased it and will have to go to the point of sale to do so.

The purchase order can be cancelled in full if, at the time of the cancellation request, the shipment of the product is still being prepared and if the amount has not yet been collected; in this case, no cost will be charged to the customer.

If at the time of the request to cancel the purchase order the product is already entrusted to the courier or the amount has been collected, the consumer must exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods to the seller.

To this end, it is necessary to follow the procedures indicated above for exercising the right of withdrawal.
