The Italian "Centauro" is a 4-axle wheeled armored vehicle with all-wheel drive. With good mechanical configuration; Huge firepower and exquisite electronic hardware combine together, it is one of the best-wheeled armored cars in the world. The first order of 400 vehicles was placed by the Italian Army in 1989 and in 1993, just a year after it was first issued to the troops, 20 of them were already deployed on the United Nations peacekeeping task in Somalia.
