Zags type tank car rented as a private car of the "SIT" company to the Italian State Railways. ■ Version with short sun canopy Pressurized gas tank cars are special vehicles for liquefied, refrigerated or dissolved gases. Loading and unloading takes place via devices that can be operated from the ground (bottom unloading). The conspicuous orange longitudinal stripes, about 30 cm high, in the center of the tank are characteristic of European wagons. For a long time these carriages operated exclusively as private carriages [P] and were leased by national railway authorities. Meanwhile, unlike other types of wagons, they are owned by specialized wagon rental companies. Complex wagon fleet management includes maintenance, inspection and more.

In 1944 "MITROPA" managed almost 600 sleeping and restaurant carriages.
